Lax Vox is an easy-to-learn method that will help you relax your voice or warm up before talking or singing. This is great for teachers, lecturers, speakers, singers, vocal coaches, therapists or any profession that requires a lot of talking.
In this 90 minutes workshop I’ll teach you several important tools to help you with your vocal development, maintenance and healing
You’ll take home a series of exercises that will help you:
– Warm up daily
– Exercises to expend your reach
– Breathing exercises to keep a steady airflow
– Healing exercises for broken or hoarse voices (for when you’re sick or lose your voice).
No previous experience needed in singing or speaking for an audience
Equipment:
– A glass tube (provided)
– A simple transparent water container (bring your own)

Nani represented the NL at the EU Music Festival VN, performed at the Kennedy Center USA, Jodhpur RIFF festival IN, Jazzahead DE, North Sea Jazz NL, Roccella Jazz IT, TEDx NL & hosted 3 WOMEX panels. The Dutch NPO network released a mini documentary about her musical work in 2018. Nani also composed music for BBC4 and NPO documentaries. Nani is a professor or Music Career studies & Promotion at the London Performing Academy of Music, she chairs of the Amsterdam Artist Collective and founded Why DIY Music and Nova Productions.
